Meet Ravendra Amit Persaud, a highly skilled Lead Rebuilder and Crew Chief who has been a valuable member of SERVPRO of Bay Ridge since 2017. Amit is an expert in mold and water damage restoration, and has over 25 years of experience in construction. He is certified by IICRC in areas such as water damage restoration, fire and smoke, odor control, and structural drying. Apart from his professional achievements, Amit is a kind-hearted community-oriented person who is always eager to help others. He volunteers with the UMA--United Madrassi Association to help better the community, and also dedicates his time to help homeless shelters. Amit is a proud resident of Queens, a member of a cricket club, and loves to go bike riding, swimming, and spending time with his family.

Since joining our team in 2022, she has been an invaluable asset to our staff, ensuring that everything runs like clockwork. Angelica is our Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Bay Ridge and keeps our headquarters well organized. She enjoys time with her friends and family in Brooklyn when not working.

Terri Larkin

Terri joined the SERVPRO of Bay Ridge's Team Allen office in March 2023. She is our Human Resource Administrator. After 30+ years in the Mortgage industry, Terri wanted a change and became the HR Administrator for us. She enjoys helping people and creating a work culture that is enjoyable for everyone. Terri enjoys the boardwalk in her neighborhood of Rockaway, NY. Terri is the very proud mother of two adult children.

Tom Blundell

Tom is an accomplished Asset Manager at SERVPRO of Bay Ridge, bringing valuable experience to the team since his arrival in March 2023. As an Air Force veteran, Tom is deeply committed to giving back to the community and actively volunteers with the Knights of Columbus and Veterans of Foreign War (VFW). He is a passionate and dedicated individual who has made significant contributions to the organization. When he's not at work, Tom can be found indulging in his favorite pastime of fishing or relaxing at the beach.

John Flanagan

John is one of our newest Team Allen members here at SERVPRO of Bay Ridge. He has swiftly moved up from Technician to Crew Chief. His background as a plumber is excellent, and he is a fast learner. John enjoys being around friends and family on his off days. He enjoys the beach and playing video games.
